What are the best beverages to drink when dieting?Is orange juice a good choice? - orange juice and crystal light diet

I like to drink orange juice and apple juice Tropicana.I too much water and doesn t like anything I like crystal light or something with fresh food.

The juice is loaded with sugar or calories. The iced tea or water would be the best choice.

Since the juice is so laden with sugar and calories, which I loved, was trying to halve and juice with soda water. It is a welcome and refreshing drinks, half the calories and you feel that the needs of a non-alcoholic beverage. I also take my children. They are "grape" soda "Apple" Soda ", blueberries, etc. They may

tried to dilute with water. There are as many delicious blend of juice and a little juice in a glass of ice water is a welcome change of H2O on the right.

I'm a fan of mineral mixtures of juices. low sugar (if held to amount to splash) very refreshing.

can also add some vegetable like Celestial Seasoning Red Zinger uncaffeinated - or mint, if you prefer, and make iced tea too strong or mild as you like.

But stay away from raw juice. I am offering is far from all the vitamins, nutrients and fiber in fruits and vegetables do, and take a lot of empty calories and try to stay hydrated.

Orange juice has a lot of sugar, even though it only pure pressed, without added sugar. You do not notice because the sugar content of acidity. So I do not recommend it because the juices in general contribute to the daily calorie intake.

My suggestion, if you want to lose weight, exercising and maintaining a balanced and healthy diet. If you have food, then your metabolism slows down - in other words, youreself die of hunger, and the body will hold on to fat. When you exercise, while maintaining a normal diet, your body will be forced to get the muscles, because you are using. Even if you burn more calories than you consume you lose weight.

So my suggestion is to drink plenty of water, but not just in food. Go do hit the gym, running, or something that burns calories. Start slowly and build, where you burn 500 calories a day, every day for the next few months. If you eat 1500-2000 calories a day, you will see dramatic results without going hungry.

Water is the best option. Orange juice has a ton of sugar. U might as well drink a cup of sugar.
